Ah, the smell of freshly cut grass in the springtime! That's right, SJ Earthquake soccer is almost here and the excitement is building. ESPN2 will be broadcasting the opener against Beckham & Co. on Thursday at 10:30 PST. Recent acquisition John Cunliffe (we barely knew ya Chris Pozniak) will no doubt be getting the chance to lead the Quakes up front along with Kei Kamara.It should be interesting to see how the team fairs against the Galaxy, who are coming off a disappointing 4-0 loss in their season's starter.
